1. Digital Product Nature

ZameSims sells digital eSIM data plans delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • No physical item is shipped

  • eSIMs are delivered instantly or shortly after purchase

  • Once delivered, the product cannot be returned


2. Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, digital content is not eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period once:

  • Delivery has begun, and

  • You have expressly agreed to immediate delivery, and

  • You acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost

By completing a purchase on ZameSims, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right to cancel once delivery begins.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • eSIM has been delivered successfully

  • QR code has been viewed, scanned, or downloaded

  • eSIM has been installed or activated

  • Device is incompatible or carrier-locked

  • Incorrect installation or user error

  • Poor coverage due to location or network limitations

  • Change of mind or unused data

  • Failure to read product details before purchase


4. Eligible Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • The eSIM is proven to be defective

  • Activation fails due to a confirmed issue with our supplier

  • The issue is reported promptly

  • Supporting evidence is provided (screenshots, error messages, device details)

All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.


5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Major service failure caused by the supplier

  • Confirmed technical faults before meaningful usage

Used data is not refundable.
